DIRECTING
is far from the easiest task. It requires planning, composure, analytical thinking, a clear vision, precise communication, and deep trust in one’s team. Through my design and communication studies, I bring together these skills and combine them with insights from various creative disciplines to craft a truly comprehensive cinematic experience.
There are two things I value most in filmmaking: joy in the process and the highest possible level of immersion in the final experience. I believe that even though a film production must be strategic, professional, and well-organized, it should also be enjoyable. I ensure this by assembling a carefully curated team both in front of and behind the camera, drawing from a strong network of creative collaborators. My close work with actors is often highlighted — I entrust them with the soul of my projects and dedicate substantial time to preparation. When all these elements align, there’s little standing in the way of a successful production — one that delivers the most profound and memorable cinematic experience possible.
Although the main focus of my work is on scenic directing, I enjoy not only writing and editing my own projects, but also helping with screenwriting, assistant directing and editing on any other projects.
